mostly met expectationspoor serviceunreasonable time
the staff mostly met expectations.
The evening service was quite poor. It took an unreasonable amount of time for the waiter to take our order at the rose garden restaurant for a drink, roughly 30 minutes. the waiter smiled but did not serve us.

the location was good close to the city center among gardens
i found the service inconsistent throughout my stay at breakfast the buffet food was often cold this made me feel quite unwell one morning the room cleaning was not thorough some days and there were times i had to seek out staff for drink service near the pool it was frustrating
